Born 1982 in Tripoli Libya, to Amazigh roots from both my mother and father’s side of the family. I received a BFA with distinction, majoring in Design Art from Concordia University in 2007. Through my lighthearted photographs to graphic intervention to video and installations, I question my own place within a so-called Western culture on the one hand and an upbringing in a Muslim household on the other.

Based in Montreal Qc. where I live and work.

Example A: 'Don't Trust Blindly or Unblindly' Just read my lips when I say:

‘Funny enough, sometimes the supposed 'enemy' is a better 'friend' then a 'friennemy'. Please pick your friends AND friennemies wisely’.

! Personally, I want no ‘frennemies’ but so much more 'enemy-friends’ because they are actually sincere. ‘Opposites attract concept’ can help you understand (a bit) of my perspective here.

P.S (In Fine Print) : Don’t twist my words when your type of heart reads them. Read them beyond your type of ‘intelligence’ as well.
